RecommendedI really feel happy donating with Oneblood at St. Mary's in Altamonte Springs. Staff is really cool and make you feel at home. I'd donated twice and plan to keep donating at said place for as long as possible.
It is sad that Ms. Leann - the TL for the OneBlood (bus) at the AMC theater in Altamonte has a very bad attitude and discouraged me from giving blood after a was fully processed. I decided that I did not want her touching my veins after listening to her putting my veins down and saying “well you have small veins and you know the size of our needle” what happened to having a positive attitude. I’ve started donating blood 2 years ago and joined oneblood a year ago. I couldn’t be anymore proud to call myself a hero.
I've seen them all the way north to Gainesville taking blood that should go to Life South to stay in Gainesville instead of going to Orlando.
