Everyone was so nice! Easy process
Great place to make a donation of blood. The crew are friendly, and make you feel comfortable no matter what you are donating. Been going to OneBlood/BloodNet centers for many years and recommend them to anyone who would like to help others out in need of blood. (8 1/2 Gallons myself ☺️)

**This is my second time posting this review because somehow my original was deleted — I never received a call, a follow-up, or even an apology.** I went to the OneBlood Donation Center on Lakeland Hills Blvd. about a week ago to donate blood — something I’ve done many times before without issue. I arrived well-hydrated and have never had trouble with my veins. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disaster due to the lack of training and professionalism displayed by the staff.
