Good work, on time, really great customer service. I hired them to do the same thing at my mother’s home(new kitchen sink faucet) and was charged a different more expensive service call fee. I was refunded and they were very nice about it but still don’t know why that happened. I would still recommend them.

I highly recommend One Way Plumbing! My mothers hot water tank blew while she was in the hospital and we needed someone quickly to replace it. Everything was explained to us in great detail, to what kind of tank they recommended and why, to which extra parts she might need as well as how much it would cost. There was a problem with the meter and we had to wait for the city to come replace it which caused the plumber to have to come back another day to check his work for leaks.
