The guys from One Way came to replace our old water heater. They came on time, removed the old water and installed the new water heater quickly and efficiently. They checked to make sure everything was working and that there were no leaks. We’ve had no problems and are very satisfied with their work.
I highly recommend One Way Plumbing staring with Eric that answers the phone. He’s very pleasant. Mike and Logan the workers that came to the house were very professional. They were quick with service , very professional and friendly!
I had obvious water damage in my closet around the end of March 2019 but I couldn't find a leak. I called One Way & they sent out Gary. He determined that we had a failed shower pan. I wasn't sold on his diagnosis, so I tried to poke around & look for the leak myself. After removing a drawer from the built in dresser (that shares a wall with a shower) I found an access panel AND the leaky pipe.
