Such a blessing to have care instantly available 24/7. Had an issue that took 1 week+ to resolve and the care team at One to One followed up via TextCare through the entire process to make sure I got the care I needed.
One to One's approach to healthcare is awesome. I was traveling recently and woke up in the middle of the night feeling awful with a stomach bug. Thanks to their TextCare service, I was able to text a provider at 3am, get advice to make it through my flight, and even grab meds as soon as I landed.
Best doctor's office I've ever had. They are so responsive to my calls and questions. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see my doctor. Let me say that again... I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see my doctor. Staff is friendly and helpful.
