For anyone looking to move here, see below: - You really need to we aware of the non-standard fees charged by management/Melo group. $500 non-refundable at move in, $500 at move out (‘administrative fees’) - Lot of people reports issues to get the deposit back and management keeping the money. The apartments are very spacious. The pool area is amazing, clean and peaceful. Overall, I love this Plaza. It has a fantastic location, is very clean and peaceful, and the maintenance team is always on point and willing to help.
One Plaza is centrally located in Brickell, offering easy access to restaurants, Publix, and Walgreens. It’s a quiet and family-friendly building, providing a peaceful living environment in the heart of the city. Great staff in the office.
Amazing location and amazing amenities! Perfect walking distancing to many spots in Miami. Definitely worth it!
This building is amazing, good location, the management is excellent, the security is good and you always get helped when you needed from the management.
