Tuesday evening at 9pm and my central air was reading 88• and house was unbearably hot so I reached out hoping for the best and from the initial call to the return call from rep to discuss the issue, the staff was kind, friendly and very professional. Even though they were not able to fit us in for service that night, they assured me they would have a tech to my house in the morning between 8a-10a. These guys are amazing. Matt, Brad, Billy, Joe and the other three or four servicemen who crossed my threshold this past week were amazing!! Professional, courteous and all went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was with our AC. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or cleaning.
Today Jack B came out to help me with the back rooms not being very cool...He was very good at giving me some great ideas to help and I will be calling back if we need to add another vent....Such a great company and always kind..I appreciate you today Jack B...Thankyou again for your kindness...
