Troy and the entire staff did a great job helping fix our AC! We needed it scheduled and looked at ASAP as we were very worried with a newborn and dog in our house. The team helped repair it in a timely manner. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend using this company and will be using them again when the time comes.
Nate did a great job! He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions! I had my heater checked and my air conditioning checked, and he went over all of the points with me as well! I was very pleased with Ben Franklin heating service! I recommend them very highly!

Very disappointed in my experience with One Hour Heating & Cooling / Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I hired them to come out for a service call a few months ago. I was told the service call would be $99.00. After they got done checking my AC, they gave me a bill for $329.00. I asked why the difference and they told me the $99.00 does not include checking the air conditioner! Wait what?! Are you kidding me?! What kind of Business tactics is that.
