We have had bad experiences with two other HVAC companies and trued an independent owner and we thought he was great until we were over charged and told we needed a part that would he would replace in March. My husband and I felt he wasn’t being honest but was over charging us as well, so we didn’t contact him to return in March to replace a part that was needed. My heater went down at the worst time I was in the middle of refinancing due to being put on disability. I had no money even though I was about to close on a home equity loan. No one out there would help or try to understand the situation I was in they all wanted money upfront b4 installing the heater. Thank god for 1 hour they saved me from losing my home by understanding my situation. I can't say enough for these people they truly saved me from losing my home.

After having Ben Franklin Plumbing out during the deep freeze for frozen pipes, I learned they’re connected with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Bucks County. With how cold it’s been, I wanted to make sure my heating system was in good shape too. These guys are absolutely amazing. As someone who has trouble with his oil boiler for years and has contacted multiple different companies to no avail these guys are FAR and away the best option. If you have an oil boiler, especially a Levittown one, this is the company to contact.
