My AC was not blowing cold air, so I called One Hour and they came out within 2-3 hours on a Sunday. I was told that there was a huge leak in the coils. They stated that they would put me in touch with a supervisor and send someone out the next day to discuss my options. I was offered 2 different options to get my AC fixed, both were outrageously expensive over $10,000. I suggested just changing out the coils but he led me to believe that that would not fix my unit. This business seems to be set up and run similar to a pyramid scheme or a scam from a foreign country. While the work performed is good, manufacturer warranties are not respected or used at all. Customers are forced to pay for parts that should be completely covered under warranty, which should only leave a service call fee and hourly labor fee. Scam Warning — $7,000 in Unnecessary Quotes for a Problem Fixed with Duct Tape. This company tried to scam us. We were quoted nearly $7,000 for repairs and cleanings, but the actual issue was a disconnected duct under our mobile home — fixed with a few pieces of duct tape.
