My AC was not blowing cold air, so I called One Hour and they came out within 2-3 hours on a Sunday. I was told that there was a huge leak in the coils. They stated that they would put me in touch with a supervisor and send someone out the next day to discuss my options. I was offered 2 different options to get my AC fixed, both were outrageously expensive over $10,000. I suggested just changing out the coils but he led me to believe that that would not fix my unit. This business seems to be set up and run similar to a pyramid scheme or a scam from a foreign country. While the work performed is good, manufacturer warranties are not respected or used at all. Customers are forced to pay for parts that should be completely covered under warranty, which should only leave a service call fee and hourly labor fee. After repairs, you are threatened after the fact to join a membership to send money monthly to them as part of a club membership or pay an alarmingly surprising repair bill that WAS ... read more

Scam Warning — $7,000 in Unnecessary Quotes for a Problem Fixed with Duct Tape. This company tried to scam us. We were quoted nearly $7,000 for repairs and cleanings, but the actual issue was a disconnected duct under our mobile home — fixed with a few pieces of duct tape. I work out of town. My two college kids were both home for the Summer. I came home for two weeks. My second week home my AC went out. It was like a sauna in the house. Late at night I googled and called 2 companies . The first one had no answer. The second I realized I was talking to A.I. Then came across One hour and a real person answered the phone and scheduled me for the next morning. ******* ******and his assistant came out. They called before they came.
