I have brought in many items since the opening buy! I have been very pleased with Each experience! The amount of cash I received on hand was also mind blowing! One of the employees even offered to help me carry my items in! They didn't take everything that I brought in because of certain guidelines and stipulations but I was over all pleased to get some cash back to start buying the next season for my kids! Thanks ladies for being awesome! I can't wait for the grand opening!
The first time I sold to them was awesome.. This time they didn't take anything which doesn't bother me but they did almost send me out the door with someone else's items had I not checked they would have. The ppl on staff that evening were very unprofessional except for the one helping me sort again. It's pretty sad when others who haven't been in the store say to patrons going in that this store is a joke. I have a bunch more to bring in... I sold some of my kids clothes here several times over the last month. They didn't take everything, but I got a lot of money for what they did take. The staff was nice and answered questions I had about selling so that next time I can bring more of what they're looking for. I'm so excited to have them in town!

So disappointed. I walked in this morning and asked for more information about selling my items. The group of high-school age adults stared and me and giggled. Not sure what I said or how I looked that was so funny, but I will definitely think twice about going there again to purchase or sell

It was super easy dropped it off no hassle of a garage sale I have three kids and I super excited about the amount of money I was paid it helped me buy my next season of clothes for the kids I can't wait for the store to open

I have sold here several times already since they opened to buy and am extremely happy with this store! Yes, they passed on some of my items (because they have rules and are picky), but I wasn't offended one bit. Them being selective just means they are stocking the store with only top notch merchandise. Which makes me more excited for them to open to sell so I shop!!!

Fair prices for dropping off items. Sure you could get more meeting people and posting individual items. Huge time saver just coming here. I also loved the stricted safety policy.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Right when I entered the store the workers were rude, one in particular. I brought in a large amount of clothing, they only took about 1 trash bag worth out of the 9 I brought in stating the others were "light condition." Not even sure what that means. Most of the clothes had only been worn once or twice (because we had so much) and were mostly Carter brand. Pretty sure they just went through 1 bag and called me and said it was done. Whoever sells to once upon a child needs to take a inventory list becuase they take things that you may think will be unnoticed !!!! I took a inventory list on all my stuff I braught 4 bins 2 boxes full of clothes they naught not even a half a bin but I'm missing the 2 boxes and they do not give you a inventory recept !!!!!

It's possible they weren't written down on your sheet as passes. We defiantly do not keep items that we haven't paid for. There are security cameras running at all times, and staff is always on video. We also do not have a problem with showing you what we bought. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
