This is a not a great place to sell stuff, but it is a great place to buy kids' clothes. They didn't accept many of my son's clothes, which I very easily could have many a decent amount of money selling them myself on Facebook. They do have a great selection of kids clothes at a reasonable price. And, the staff was helpful and helped me carry my boxes of things they didn't buy out to my car. Shailee was so helpful and friendly! Everything is in such good condition, and you don't have to worry about recalls cuz they check everything! The store is clean and organized, everything is priced accordingly; almost made me wish I had little ones again We really liked the store, we'll be back!

Just went to their grand opening, everyone was very helpful and I loved how everything was even color coordinated for the clothes along with of course gender and size. It was a bit hard to maneuver around with my stroller (since they didn't have carts and I wasn't about to let my toddler run free since I had an infant as well) but I was still able to find everything I was hoping to find and for pretty good prices. I think the store has really nice things for cheap prices, I've sold to them and not gotten what I thought i would have but that's no big deal. However, the women working there aren't helpful at all. My husband and I walked in thinking they were open to sell items and they watched us walk around, pulling items down, carrying a large amount of clothing and games, and didn't say a thing until we wanted to check out. We spent a half hour wandering around right in front of them. For no reason.

I've brought many things in new with tags; which i felt i should of made a descent amount on. The amount of money that i was given for my nice new things seemed off. This last time i was there the costumer service was terrible, very rude. I dropped off one thing and asked the women how long the wait was and she said one hour and half. I said for one thing? On clothing we pay 20-30% of what we sell it for. Our computer system prices clothing for us by brand, size and style. Corporate sets these prices for us. We have a little wiggle room, but not much. Equipment and larger toys over $20, we pay 50% on. Our prices in general are pretty low. So, yes you don't get a whole lot. It's a lot lower price point than our Platos closet brand. Do not sell your children's items here! These workers are idiots. The store says they buy "Gently used" items. Well, that is a lie. They give you absolutely nothing for your stuff. I brought in a baby swing which I bought for over $100 and it had a small microscopic mark on it. It was basically invisible. They pointed it out and said they would give me $13 for it because of that. I had a great experience. I took in clothing, coats, and some shoes. They kept three bins and paid me $95.00. I was very pleased. I highly recommend taking your gently used clothing to Once Upon A Child.
