Love the clothes are in the areas by size and color
While selection of items for shopping can be helpful, the selling items to Once Upon A Child process is poor. Multiple visits with various items have taken anywhere from 2-5 hours, which is extremely burdensome for those with newborn/young children. In addition to the time, we have taken several items that were not worn or used and were told they were too used to be sold.
I will never go back to this location. 5+ hour buying time. Left after 3.5 hours and expressed dissatisfaction as we had traveled from out of town. Returned today to find a swing that was NEVER used had cut straps, so of course had to bring it back and trash it. �
