RecommendedI have been shopping here for 11 + years. Love the selection of clothes and shoes. The prices are great and so is the selection. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.
They have been really rude to me , i called them to see if i can get some clothes to sell, i am 9 months pregnant with a toddler drove 30 minutes there, lady who is seen in there vedios was extremely rude & said no to me & asked me to come later. She was extremely ignorant. I will never go there to shop and will tell everyone i know my experience so that they don’t either. Poor customer service & rude staff.

I absolutely love Kim (with the management team). She is so kind and helpful. I have had good and bad experiences with Once Upon a Child over the years but no issues since she came on staff. They are usually really busy and because I started in retail, even owning a kids boutique once, I understand it is hard work so I give them a break when I have to.
This used to be my absolute favorite store but the past few times I’ve been was just a disappointment. Selling and buying isn’t what it used to be. Selling took 5 hours and took very little even name brand stuff like rare editions. There was very little selection in my daughters size and the prices were very weird. Everything was either overpriced or underpriced; for instance, they had a pair of Walmart shoes that they sell for $5 for $10. I guess I’ll be going to another one from now on.
I do not recommend getting a job here. I am a former employee for this location. I was with the company for two years. Within my two years, the management has made derogatory comments towards me, customers and other employees. Management has shown favoritism and has also bullied me.
