Number one complaint is that they steal items. Today is the second time. They *tried* to steal my Ergo baby carrier as well today and I caught them red handed. I will NOT ever return and I absolutely do NOT recommend.
Yestorday was my first and last time going to the greenvile store. Horrible expirence. The items were way over priced for the conditon they were in. I sold my brand new items and they only gave me $12. And they didn't take the whole outfit just either the tops or the bottoms so now I am stuck with mix matching set of clothes. Also they had a very very small detection of 2 t and 24 month clothing.
Went in to look and see what all the hype was about! It was about 9:30am and there weren't many people in the store. I entered and there were 3 associates behind the desk and not one person greeted me upon my arrival! Walked past a 4th and we made eye contact and not a word was uttered... WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I surely didn't feel welcomed and will never return
I used to love shopping here and selling here also, however the past several times we have went prices seemed higher ( I can get brand new jeans from target for cheaper) and they never take anything. Recently I brought back a never worn pair of carhartt jeans and pair of overalls, my kids never got a chance to wear them and they did not fit under what they were not taking so I'm not sure why they wouldn't buy them, not to mention some of the other excellent shape items I brought home... The store is always very well-organized when I go in there but this time toys and shoes were everywhere
