RecommendedStore is very well organized with an excellent selection of items. Sales personnel was very helpful in assisting me with items that I needed. Elizabeth was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding items that were on sale and in holding large items at the register while I shopped. I had a delightful shopping experience and can't wait to go back!

I have shopped at Once Upon a Time and Kidzone multiple times. While Once Upon a Child may have a better store, the deals and customer service at Kidzone wins out every time. The people there are always friendly and seem to enjoy their workplace!
My son in law stood in line for the Black Friday gift card 7:30 am yesterday morning and he was 14 in line and didn’t receive a gift card. I think it was very wrong and they should’ve just done one door or at least told the 13th person in line and the rest behind that they was give half and half on each side. And he also walked around the building before he got in line and there wasn’t anybody standing there on the other side. So it was very unfair. He said he wasn’t ever coming back to the store
RecommendedThey are always super friendly & helpful. Yes sometimes they are behind and take longer then expected but always kept smile on their face and nice attitude with me & amongst the chaos of being super busy. They also always buy almost all my items. I have never left the store with less than $130 for my tote.
