Today was my first time selling there and may be the last. It took 6 hours from time I dropped my items off before I got a text saying my items were ready and I dropped my items off a hour and half after the store had opened. I think only reason I got the text was because I came back to check on my items because of the time and was told it was ready but it hadn't been entered and that it would be another 30 minutes. While I'm watching employees folding clothes.
the girl that checked me in was rude. last time I'll ever set foot in this store. I have 3 kids under 12 and will take my business elsewhere.
I’ve been selling and shopping there for years but after today, no more! The manager was rude about their new one container policy! I had 5 medium sized bags and she wouldn’t let the employees look through them to be “fair” to the other customers. Once I got all of my things and my three month old baby packed back up for the hour long drive home I saw they accepted a huge construction size trash bag full of items. Really? I took 2 clothes baskets of clothes in there and a small box of baby toys. They took 4-5 items from one basket and gave me $13 for it and sent me back home with the rest. Wasted my Sunday!! It took them 3 hours to get my stuff completed all for a wopping $13 and I drove 45 minutes away to go there to sell these clothes!! Never will deal with the Greensboro location ever again!! Also, staff is very rude!!
Very rude not helpful drop my stuff off super early 3hrs later still not ready.
