As a happy customer I'd like to say I love shopping and selling with you. The ladies that work there are always supper friendly with me and very helpful. Even on their busiest days when I'm there they help me find what I need even if they are multi tasking. I will continue to shop and recommend to my friends. Great prices for brand name items. And also did i mention how clean and organized the store is kept!
The absolute worst customer service ever. And I think they base your cash out off of whether or not you come in there to kiss their butts. I sold shirts that had tags on them and they gave me $1.20 for them. I will never sell items to them ever again. Such a rip off. And I'm pretty sure they don't donate the items you say you want donated either.
I won't sell anymore to Once Upon a Child. I was in there yesterday to consign items. They told me about an hour so I ventured over to Target. It ended up being longer than an hour. When I called them they said 10 minutes. I show up - they show 1 bin to me of the items they are taking. $29.55 for 34 items. The rest of my belongings were just stuffed and tossed back in the bin. We got some really great stuff for my daughter and the staff can't be beat. Certainly the best place around for gently used clothes, toys, etc.
