I've shopped and sold at OUAC for years. The new location is bigger but the staff is new, inexperienced and lack the basics of how to handle customers. Greet, address the customer in front of you and not stop to help the person that just called instead. Selling is a whole new animal at the new store. They don't take what's brand new, even when thats what they convey they need. This place is great! Staff was very friendly and clothes are cheap! Everything is organized neatly. They have more than just clothes as well which was nice. I don't know why people are giving this place such bad reviews if you don't get what you want for your clothes go somewhere else! The prices are already cheap, they can't give clothes away for free. I guess you can't please everyone, but I highly recommend this place!
U could get brand new clothes at Walmart for the price they sell used clothes. And they are so picky on buying things if they ive took a few things in there tags still on it and they wouldn't take it..
