I am very pleased with the service/repair I received from On Time. The office staff was very polite and professional they took time to listen to my needs and concerns. Once my appointment was scheduled the technician arrived promptly and was very professional and polite. The technician explained the problem my AC unit had and what was done to fix it. I called On Time Home Services on 8/28 to make appt for 8/29 as I had a leaking thermostat on my water heater. Rick came out at 8:15 am on 8/29 and completed the job (including bringing flex pipe to copper pipe up to code) and was completed at 9:30 am. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.
