Carlos was very polite, arrived on time.
Martin was very professional, thorough, and personable. He fixed a few minor issues, flushed water heater and was on his way. He is a true gentleman and is the kind of service man you want representing your company.

We had an emergency with our water softener early on a Saturday morning. I called the office (not expecting to get an answer because it was the weekend)...but a very nice young woman answered the phone and set up an appointment with Ricardo at 101:30 AM/. He actually showed up at 9:30 AM...and did what he could to correct the problem. We have dealt with this company for several years and have been very satisfied with their services. We found a large water leak on our property late in the day. They promptly sent a plumber to asses the situation. Wade was very knowledgeable and communicative and spent time considering options to help us make the best decision for our situation. We were able to shut off that part of the pipe for the night and he rearranged his schedule to be back first thing in the morning. The price was fair for the hours they worked and the supplies. We will use their services again.
