We needed a new disposal installed, so I made calls to three plumbing services. Benjamin Franklin plumbing gave me the best price for the same unit and installation. The service hand, Rick, completed the job in a professional and timely manner, and left his work area clean. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Maybe offer a small discount on the parts. I was shocked to know that the part replaced cost so much! I was very happy with the outcome and your plumber Rick is very professional and had the situation done within the hour of his arrival.

Don't change anything. Your response time was great, Rick fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after the job. All the needed parts were on the truck and everything went smooth. I'm happy with your service.
