Was not worth the money. The seafood had absolutely no flavor and the kids chicken fries stakes were little and horrible tasting meat. will not go back

Awesome poboys..fried oyster and grilled catfish.
Went to On The River last night with the wife for a dinner date. Was seated by host/waiter. Sat for almost 10 minutes, and nobody even came to take a drink order. Only one other couple in the restaurant, and was still early approximately 6:30pm. Definitely won’t be going back!
I love the jalapeño corn bread and amazing seafood. LA has nothing on y’all.

Used to be worth the drive. It isn’t what it once was. Server could not answer basic questions. Manager was not knowledgeable of food prep but used to be the cook. Blasé attitudes. Asked for Drew and suddenly service turned 180*. But we were informed they hadn’t seen him. This was our second disappointing visit and our last. But the cornbread was hot and good.
