I found out about Taylor through my realtor. She raved about his work. My experience was everything she promised. He was on time and provided a detailed report the same day. He was patient and thorough in inspecting the home. He answered my questions and ensured I didn't leave without completely understanding the results. Our inspection also included radon, termite and pool inspections. Taylor coordinated everything so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I already have recommended him!
I was very impressed with Taylor. His knowledge and thoroughness was very helpful to me as a buyer. He was willing to work around my busy schedule in the fact that he would wait for me to arrive at the house for the results of the inspection. I highly recommend O.M.T. Mr. Moffitt inspected a new home we are purchasing on 7/18/2016. He is very polite and professional. The inspection was very thorough and he explained the inspection in an easy to understand way and answered all of my questions throughout the whole process. He has an easy going personality and I think that makes a big difference. I would highly recommend his services and would use him again.
Taylor gave me exactly what I asked for, a very thorough inspection of a flip house I knew would have problems. He spent an adequate amount of time and explained things very well. He found things I never would have thought of looking for or at. I felt much more confident going into negotiations with the seller due to the the information Taylor provided me. Well worth the money. I would highly recommend him.
