The gel typically starts to peel off after a couple of days. I have visited the salon at least five times, and on one occasion, I returned to express my concerns about the service. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely rude to me. Great nail salon in Midtown! My manicurist was Dali, she was so sweet and gave me a perfect gel manicure, would highly reccomend!
Inexperienced and unprofessional service. With an appointment, I still had to wait an hour and 10 mins just to fix 2 broken nails and the lady kept leaving me and doing someone else’s nails. Safe to say I paid $20 for 2 horribly done nail fixes that broke the next day too. Also the employees should smile more.
This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My nail tech Yari was not only professional but also so sweet and welcoming. She did an amazing job shaping my nails — the shape is sharp, clean, and exactly what I had in mind. The design turned out beautiful and detailed. You can tell she really cares about her work (which I don’t happen to see often). I’ll be booking only with her from now on!
Don’t bother making appointments with specific people as this is never honored. Twice in a row I have booked a pedicure with someone the receptionist recommended only to show up faced with a surprised look and the question “do you mind if it’s someone else”. Once is a fluke, twice is the way you do business. Disrespecting people’s time that are choosing to support your business is unacceptable. A 6:30 appointment to start at 7pm with no call but MANY reminder messages to be on time is a joke.
