Very sweet people! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of.
Worse experience ever! I have been going to omega tires on the south side for over ten years and when they closed I was told that green springs would honor the same service. I've only been to the green springs location about three times. The young men in there are always polite with great customer service but today I experienced the worse customer service from the lady who was the so called owner. These folks are top notch! Every time I've come in for service, or advice or help, they have bent over backwards to help. i highly recommend -- and I never write reviews so this is for real!.
So yesterday I went to get a new tire and service was good and quick! But after I left about 2 hours later, my tire went flat.. It was too late to go back since they close early on Saturdays.. The guy who changed to my spare said it probably wasn't sealed properly. I'll go Monday to get them to fix it and update my review. Update*** I went back on Monday and the manager made sure I was taken care of! I haven't had any problems with my tire since!
