I had a flat tire and Omega came on site to change it for me. However, in the process the suspension part for my spare was broken. After the tire was replaced, the spare would not fit under my car anymore. Omega did not offer to help and in fact put the blame elsewhere on their wrong doing. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. This was already an expensive fix, but now they have made it even more expensive with no offer of compensation. Take your business elsewhere, I know I will from now on.

If you want to deal with a business that tells you they will do something and then you go order the parts because of what they told you they would do and then after the parts come in they say we can’t do it then Omega Tire in Homewood Alabama is your place to go. I will never ever go back to this place again!!!!!
Omega has replaced and or patched at least 6 tires for me and my son in the past 4 years. Every time, the service and prices have been outstanding. Today, I tried several gas stations for air, and all of the machines were broken. Omega inflated my tires with no questions asked. I will continue to use them anytime I need tires fixed or replaced.
On our way to Florida and got a screw in our tire in Nashville at 3:30am. We put the spare tire on and drove until we got to Birmingham. Omega repaired the tire, mounted it and put the spare away for us in 10 minutes. Super cheap too! Thank you so much. Talk about southern hospitality!
