Room was just fine. Basic. The hotel is tired. Plus was the omelette and Colombian coffee much enjoyed!
This place could be just beautiful inside but needs a good cleaning and refurbishing of the public areas. The tops of the over sized large chairs in the lounge are filthy and paint is missing on the edges of their arms. The ceiling has dirt and lots of it on every vent. The glass frosted tables had paint chipped off and at first I thought something was stuck under it. But the frosted part is just gone. Great location. Loved my room and service. I will be back soon and will definitively stay here again.
As much as I love the Embassy Suites Biltmore unfortunately we did not have hot water and they charged us a late fee when we did not check out late so my overall experience with the staff was great but we were not reimbursed for the first night with no hot water like how do you have a hotel without hot water
Over all the room was good. However the traffic noise from outside was as if the window was open, very loud. I was not happy with the Happy Hour! Had a business meeting and came to the happy hour at 6:45. Scraps of vegetables and a few pretzels were all the were available. I asked if anything else was going to be put out and was told no, that it had already been stocked twice. Not very customer friendly!!
The breakfast was 5 Star... Everything else sucked.......
Smells moldy and the carpet is fraying, sheets were dirty and my shower was leaking. Amongst other unacceptable things. Disappointed. Moved to another hotel.
