I had a reservation here for 3/8-3/12 for a work trip which was cancelled due to corona virus concerns. I called the hotel to cancel who stated they couldn’t because of the reservation type and gave me another, incorrect phone number to reach out to in order to process a cancellation for that reservation type. The advanced booking department would only cancel IF I agreed to forfeit $50 and rebook for another night on the spot. Stay anywhere but here. I had to cancel and was assured I would get a refund. They still charged my card, and were incredibly rude. The staff on the front desk lied to me and were the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

Great location to conduct meeting and celebratory events. Good food and drinks.
My husband and I normally stay here and have enjoyed ourself. My husbands home office is in Phoenix so he comes here a lot (without me too). I have always enjoyed it and looked forward to it, especially at Christmas time. This time it is barely decorated for holidays except for a couple of trees that you actually have to look for. Thats not such a big deal but this time, if after you get up in morning, if you put “do not disturb” sign on your door for a bit and housekeeping sees it you do not get your room cleaned.
