We stayed at this location over Labor Day weekend. I quickly became sick from mold in the building, and I wasn’t the only one. I had to miss the convention, which was the reason we were there, because my asthma was being so triggered even with Benadryl in my system. My friend and I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get any response, after being promised a phone call multiple times. In the end, we were offered to have one night refunded. beautiful property specially the lobby area but the rooms are not very clean. the carpets are stained and ripped in corners. for the price I paid, I think its overpriced.
I asked for additional bottled water and coffee twice and no one responded. I tried to access the vending machine; however, it was out of water. The service was poor and I would not recommend staying here.
Big rooms, comfy king sized beds and a super friendly staff is making our first experience here a positive one. The shuttle is a very nice touch. We are on the 5th floor and our view of the open area as we exit our room is pretty impressive. Love the layout
Great atmosphere, large rooms, comfy bed! Home away from home!
Enjoying our stay. In town for 4 nights and Spartan football. Staff is personable and attentive. Hotel has much in walking distance or only a short drive. A great location. Breakfast is made to order a omelette, French toast or pancakes with fruit, pastries, etc. quite the spread. I 100% would visit again!
Great place to spend the weekend
This has turned into an annual thing for my Family. A way for the kids to get away before the start of a new school year. The place is Amazing great hospitality and even better Food hahaha
