The staff is great, rooms are comfortable, love the atrium area. Very relaxing stay.

Great staff, friendly and helpful! Edith ( I think that was her name) the morning cook was awesome! Pool and hot tub great. I hear they are removing hot tub for play area for kids. DO NOT DO IT. This is more an adult hotel and the hot tub is a draw, esp for me. We will be back if the hot tub is still there!
Embassy suites in Phoenix was horrible and dirty second day I had bedbugs bites all over me they did not change the sheets for the pillowcases at all for the three days that were there and they charge you an arm and a leg for their dirty hotel.
Helpful & friendly staff. Inviting, clean & pretty atmosphere. Super spacious rooms. Great location. Would highly recommend anyone - young to old - stay there.
Good luck with the night clerk, Marie. She's a real piece of passive aggressive work.
