The OTHER big name company never even returned my calls when I was trying to schedule an appointment for a service call and a quote. In retrospect, I'm so glad they couldn't be bothered because we had an AMAZING service experience! Gary (our repair professional) was phenomenal and made such a positive impression that we're excited to moving forward and pulling the trigger with them on a bigger project.
