So me and my wife buy a door. Just a regular storm door. We are told it will be 6 to 8 weeks because they’re“custom Amish made doors” 12 weeks later I received a letter letting us know about the lack of trade work in the Midwest.... In the last couple of weeks we’ve used ODW to change our tortion springs and now install a new Genie for the garage door opener. It turned out that we didn’t have to replace the unit after all. Gary was able to fix a component inside the Genie which cost us about 35$. I appreciate his honesty as he saved us a great deal of money. Thank you again Gary for the excellent service.
