Called the emergency number on a Sunday to fix a broken garage door. The man I spoke with could not have been clearer in the fact that he didn’t want to come out. Talking about how the service call would be more than $400 and that it was likely he couldn’t fix it anyway. Kept trying to convince me to just wait and call during normal business hours. I called Omaha Door and Window to set up an estimate to replace our garage door opener. They were out to our home within 2 days of our phone call with the estimate. We agreed to have them install the garage door opener and it was done within 2 weeks of receiving our estimate. The garage door works great and they did an excellent job of installing it and answering all our questions.
OD&W replaced my patio door last spring ...I'm very pleased. Everyone that I dealt with was polite, professional & competent. Arrived on time, work completed in the time frame I was given & they did a good job with clean up. Love the door... in looks & function & it's made a noticeable difference in comfort & utility bills went down.
John T was great. He helped me fix my window instead of making me replace it which saved me around a 1,000.00. He was friendly, fast and his estimate was almost exactly what I paid.
