After experiencing three bad encounter with an Elkhorn located door company who could not fix my door nor tell me what to do as well as charging me double what ODW charged, I called ODW after hearing an adv. on TV. The door was fixed in 15 minutes by a very professional worker and I am very pleased with his work. Further work needed will be by ODW.
The service was great and the is just wonderful Just happy at the short time it took to remove old door and install new one

Doors work fine. Only down side was the wait for installation due to manpower gone to the hurricane area in Houston.

NEVER will I ever go through Omaha Door and Window ever again!!!!! I paid my deposit for new patio doors 6/30/17. I was told 7-8 weeks for patio doors to be shipped and delivered and then install is right away. Doors didn't come in until about 11 weeks or so, we set up install date, and conveniently this morning, after taking the day off of work for install, I get a call 5 minutes prior to the time they are to come out to install, they can't install today because the installer is sick. Received an estimate at the end of May. Was told 8-10 weeks. No communication from ODW, I called today at 10 weeks and my door isn't even in yet, would have appreciated a follow up to let me know. I paid my deposit a long time ago, nothing like tying up my money. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere for the windows I was wanting to replace.

Regretfully, Mr. Montelongo is correct that the wait time for installation after his June patio door purchase was longer than he expected. Our contract states that “installation will be approximately 6-12 weeks from the time of order”. There is a reason for this 6-week range. ODW can confidently estimate installation wait time of 6-8 weeks for the first half of the year.
