The sales process was pleasant, and the salesman thorough in his assessment of the job. The price was fair, and substantially less than other established roofers in the area. Job scheduling was surprisingly quick, as I had expected a multi-week wait. The work crew arrived on time each day and finished on schedule. Cleanup was thorough. Well, no one ever wants to get a new roof. I was ripped off ten years ago and didn't know it. So this time I went to the more reliable, well-rated albeit more expensive company. Shoulda coulda done this a decade ago. The explanation was clear, we problem solved a real problem actually more than one, and the roofing product, as well as the installation, was excellent. I know you get what you pay for, and now I really know. Thank you thank you. No more hard lessons.
The crew was a hard working team that arrived early and worked late. They thoroughly cleaned up the area before leaving each day. I now have a beautiful new roof on my home and garage that I can't stop admiring. I was considering solar panels after the roof was installed, but I don't want to spoil the beauty of the roof!
We had a leak and called O'lyn Roofing. They came promptly, evaluated what was needed, gave us a quote and discussed options. We chose to replace the entire roof. They came quickly to do this since they knew we had a roof. They did a great job, were polite, easy to deal with and professional. They completely cleaned up afterward. Probably one of the highest cost options, but they use quality materials (we opted for the ***** *******system), were prompt, fast and neat. They treated us courteously and professionally.
We hired O'lyn roofing to replace our roof, gutters and instal and chimney cap. The roof was replaced in 2 days, the crew worked fast and efficiently and they didn't impact our daily life whatsoever. They left the place completely clean. Their customer service is excellent, responsive and effective. The warranty that they provide gives us the peace of mind that we don't have to worry about our roof for years to come.
