Bob, John and the crew did a great job. Everything on schedule and as promised.
Had a problem after installing gutter guards. Jake came out and resolved the problem in short order. Great follow up customer service.
Jake and Nate did a thorough and workmanlike job; the roof is patched up from years of neglect under the prior homeowner. Jake and Sean also gave some insight into a long slow leak and a plan for investigation and remediation.
Our experience with ************* was great. First Bob ******* was the sales representative who was very patient with all of our questions and came to the house a second time at our request to answer more questions. John, the person in charge of the job, was also conscientious and went above and beyond to make sure our skylights were installed correctly, and with the least amount of inside work that needed to be done after installation. Fantastic service for a recent small "gutter" job. Very responsive and understanding to our situation of repairing and reinforcing ****** downspouts. Once again, demonstrated excellent ****** work. Will continue to use O'Lyn on our house: 100+ years old with slate tiles and ****** gutters - need roofing expertise to keep this house in top shape. Many thanks!
We had an excellent experience with *************. Everyone from the company - sales, back office, field personnel - were friendly, responsive and professional. They were on time, removed our old roof and installed the new one quickly, and cleaned up all debris. The roof looks great.

They were a pleasure to have at our house and extremely respectful of our three kids during their work which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend them. We did have to have additional work done to the frame of the chimney which was more than the original estimate. It was clearly communicated the updated price and work to be done.
