It started with personable and kind receptionists at ******** headquarters in *******, then we met our exemplary sales rep. ****** who was patient with our entire decision process. He worked with us assiduously to come to our decision on the right color of shingles. He exceeded our expectations by coming back to our home an additional two times with more samples of roof colors positioning the samples in light and in the shade for us. Very poor service. We experienced poor communication, shoddy and dangerous workmanship, significant extra charges that we never agreed to, and legal bullying. Forced to pay 50% over their low-ball estimate for extra charges that were never approved. When we objected, they refused to discuss the issue with us and instead had their lawyers put a lien on our house. Workers had a dangerous accident, damaged our property and left without telling us or cleaning up. Would never use them again.
