I would highly recommend ****** Roofing. **** **** was very professional. He explained additional work that was needed that wasnt part of the initial contract due to sloppy prior workmanship that was done by a different roofer. Im very happy with the final outcome.
We began with the idea of replacing old skylights with new solar powered ones After the initial inspection, it was clear that we had may problems with our slate and in places rubber roof. ***** did a wonderful job of informing us of the problems and offered a complete solution which we accepted. **** continued off and on for three months supervised by ***** with time off (our request) over the holidays. Just had our 1-degree rubber roof replaced and these guys were top notch. **** ********* gave a very accurate and expert estimate. He was thorough, really taking the time to make sure he understood what we wanted to accomplish and also suggested changes to how the roof was installed based on his findings. **** **** supervised our install and was on time, easy to work with, and did a fantastic job. We needed some repair work done before the coming nor'easter. Tanya at O'Lyn was able to schedule someone very quickly, they got the work done and were a pleasure to work with. They also did a walk around to make sure we didn't have any other issues. We have worked with O'Lyn before and highly recommend them.
