We had a leak that seemed to be happening near our chimney but our ***** was unsuccessful at repairing it. ***** assessed the roof/chimney and the related leaking in the attic space and was able to identify exactly what was wrong. We had a very positive experience with **** from start to finish. We discovered mold in our crawl space due to shoddy roof work done by our homes previous owners, and in order to fix that problem, the mold mitigation company needed the roof to come off. *****, our job coordinator at **** was amazing and patient, and worked with us to coordinate a tricky schedule having to do with the mold companys needs. I would highly recommend ****** Roofing. **** **** was very professional. He explained additional work that was needed that wasnt part of the initial contract due to sloppy prior workmanship that was done by a different roofer. Im very happy with the final outcome.
We began with the idea of replacing old skylights with new solar powered ones After the initial inspection, it was clear that we had may problems with our slate and in places rubber roof. ***** did a wonderful job of informing us of the problems and offered a complete solution which we accepted. **** continued off and on for three months supervised by ***** with time off (our request) over the holidays. This company is very informative and knowledgeable about any questions you have. Also, no pressure on which shingles you choose. They did a very thorough job removing and cleaning old material and adding the new shingles. The roof looks amazing! If you need a new roof, I definitely recommend this roofing company.
I needed a partial replacement to one side of my roof. It was difficult to find a company that wanted to replace only a partial roof and then a contractor told me about O’Lyn.
