Eric was very helpful and informative on helping us sell our condo. Whenever I had any questions or concerns he was very prompt at responding and professional. If there was a showing, he would inform me well in advance. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor if you need to sell your property.
Eric is the best! His negotiations skills are crazy 🤪. I thought he was a hostage negotiator in his spare time 😃 for the Federal Government. He was so professional, and looks after his clients on another level. If you need to buy a house or land and want someone to look after your interests then he’s the man! He saved me sooo much money through his experience you would be crazy not work with him 😉
