We had Josh from Olin plumbing come to our house yesterday. He was very considerate and professional and did a great job. He was on time, he was actually earlier than the time I thought he would be at my home and it did not take him very long to solve the issue, which was also nice. Thank you Josh!
Simply put... I recommend Olin Plumbing. I called them for several problems that I've been putting off. One problem really had me scratching my head. I couldn't figure out why or where a drip in the ceiling was coming from. I called and made an appointment for the afternoon. I was surprised, the friendly dispatch lady CALLED ME BACK, said they had an opening, and asked if they could be here earlier. 30 minutes later, Mark Olin showed up. Vince was excellent and took care of our water leak after having to drill with his jack hammer in the one bedroom. He took care of the water leak and removed my outside faucet as per my request and took care of patching up the outside and filling in the hole in the bedroom once they were completed. Vince and his assistant did a great job of cleaning up too.
It's never a good day when your water heater starts leaking all over the garage, but thankfully Olin Plumbing came to the rescue! We were dealing with a broken toilet emergency. Called at 8:30, spoke to Judy who was super nice. Bob was here by 11:30 and had a new toilet installed and everything back to normal in less than a hour and a half! A-one service!Needed a new commode. Just like before they were prompt and took care of everything .Continue to be happy with their service.
I had a water heater emergency and Olin Plumbing came out right away. Mike was excellent. He explained what needed to be done, the price of the new water heater and why it is different than normal water heaters. He installed it quickly and with quality. He was professional and courteous.
