I highly recommend this company! We had an emergency on a Saturday night and from the start of the call, Jennifer welcomed our call with a friendly voice. They sent Joe to check out our damages within 30 minutes. All other calls we made to emergency plumbing companies that night made us feel as if we were a bother and never returned our calls. Managed to break a toilet in my first week here! Our plumber was good at his job, but fun to have around. We had to have him back the next day for an unrelated systemic issue running through the building. I just sat and chatted with him for 45 minutes while he did his thing. If you can be both personable, competent and professional- that's a winning trifecta. Highly recommend in the unfortunate event you need a plumber. They can take a crappy situation and make it not so bad at all.
A plumber named Joe was sent to Quote a water heater replacement. We came to reasonable terms and he was able to do the job right then and there. The work was entirely excellent. Joe took the time to explain new code requirements and did a first rate job. I recommend Olin Plumbing for any residential and commercial plumbing work. My water heater replacement was completed within 24 hours of my initial call.
