I had an emergency in my kitchen sink on a sunday night. I contacted Olin Plumbing and Joe came out in less than 45 minutes and spent at least 2 hours cleaning my line. 5 Stars......particularly for JOE!!!! Explained everything to me, to include options to tackle the leak, and even allowed me stand over his shoulder and learn a few things. Would absolutely use Olin again, and will specifically request JOE.
Scott was here within 2 hours of my call at 7 AM. He was very efficient. He kept the work area very neat and cleaned up after he was finished. His power snake broke during the job. He made one phone call and had a back-up unit at the house within 30 minutes. I would use Olin and Scott again without hesitation. A.S.
