Olin Plumbing is the ONLY plumbing company we will use. They are always responsive same day for emergencies, always professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and stay until the problem is resolved. The last visit was more of the same - Ramsey and John Henry were so pleasant, very professional explaining exactly what they were doing and why, answered our questions, and fixed the issue! **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** I just used Olin plumbing for the first time and am kicking myself for not searching harder and finding them the other times I had plumbing issues. We have had the bigger plumbing companies out for the identical plumbing issues over the last several years and got charged over & over, but the "solution" never lasted very long. Ramsey came and helped us out with a complete house blockage. He was quick, professional, and very helpful. He fixed our issue without any issues and didn’t try to up charge for anything additional like many other plumbing companies. Would highly recommend Olin Plumbing.
Olin Plumbing was able to resolve an emergency job at our office and really saved the day. A technician arrived at our office within an hour of our call. He was savvy, determined to resolve our issue, and economically conscious. No aggressive sales tactics, just honest work. We are incredibly relieved that this issue is behind us and will definitely use Olin Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!
I just moved in to a new house and needed some work done. Ramsey showed up on time, and went right to work and completed the task very quickly & efficiently. We had a small job (needed to disconnect some faucets to reseal our sink to our granite) and they were so kind about it. Made sure we weren't overcharged and both Tyler (disconnected) and Ramsey (came back to reconnect) did the work swiftly and were very friendly. Great experience!

Ramsey was very informative, courteous and kept us informed as he did his job. It was a pleasure doing business with Olin Plumbing.
