Review thats actually within the last year. I just moved out this last spring. Ownership was changed to AMC. These are the most poorly ran excuse for an apartment community. There are junkies everywhere, legitimate craters throughout the parking lot, garbage and dog poop everywhere, i even found human poop by the dumpsters that are constantly overflowing. Today the office worker Summer decided it was appropriate to a cost my ten year old daughter over our rent payment. I had already been to the office and made a payment on the 27th and discussed with them then that the remained was going to be delinquent my a week because that same daughter had to have surgery earlier this month and it put a financial hardship on us. Among other things, Olin fields will tow properly parked vehicles from guest parking. Yet ANOTHER thing to make me hate this place. Worst place I have EVER lived.
Olin Fields is a PARKING NIGHTMARE Parking is unassigned, and first come first serve. As a family with 1 vehicle, there were times where we would drive the lot for HOURS trying to find a single space. Too many people living here with multiple vehicles hogging up spots. They need to change something with the awful parking. We had to park across town in the middle of the night in a work lot, then take a damned Uber home and back to the car in the morning.
