Breach of contract on several occasions and violations of WA state and US Federal law. I would like to express concern about the frequent apartment inspections. It feels like we have very little privacy with how often management is entering units. I understand inspections may be necessary, but the constant notices and entries have become disruptive and uncomfortable. I respectfully ask that inspections be limited unless truly necessary.

"Annual" implies once a year which they don't seem to understand. Why the hell are we getting 36 different "annual" reasons to invade people's privacy? This has been the only complex I've ever lived in where they harass you endlessly and inconvenience you over these "48 hour Annual inspections". If you value being treated like a human being, DO NOT MOVE HERE
