RecommendedMy husband and I have stayed here over 2 years. I absolutely love our apartment. I would recommend these apartments to others. Maintenance comes quickly. Peaceful and very quiet at night.
Its over sized 1 bedrooms i like the space and how its not so compact ,fireplace i like everything so far and i think my first time rent its awesome like nothin else having a place that i can say is mine ... thanks for approving my boyfriend william and i Trishelle we appreaciate the apartments and the employees thanks again hope u like having us here to be a part of the Olin Fields apartments community
Kendra was amazing helping me with my limited time to deal with the rental process. My unit was spotless when I moved in and everyone has been very helpful. I had a maintenance request to fix my bathroom fan and it was taken care of within a few days.
Our experience here has been very good, the whole team has been very helpful. Jacob our maintenance manager gets a thousand stars, is always aware and fixes everything very quickly with the best attitude. I have a hearing problem and they have all been very nice to me. Jacob does everything so that I can understand him perfectly.
The worst apartment I have ever lived. Everything is super old inside the apartment. And there is a huge dustbin out of our bed room window . And the WORST part is the whole apartment complexes DON’T have enough parking spots . If you come back after 8pm there is no parking spot for you at all. Which means you can’t have a job requires you come back late or go out have fun with friends! Once your car left the parking spot someone gonna take it immediately. Today the office worker Summer decided it was appropriate to a cost my ten year old daughter over our rent payment. I had already been to the office and made a payment on the 27th and discussed with them then that the remained was going to be delinquent my a week because that same daughter had to have surgery earlier this month and it put a financial hardship on us.
