My family have been a patients of Dr. Stephanie Kaliners for 6 years. This entire practice is kind, compassionate, understanding and knowledgable. I have and will recommend this office to anyone.
I have been there to see a doctor that my husband got to know and like very well, when i started going there the lady at the front was awesome! Always remembered me and i never had any problems but the rest of the staff sucked! Not only did they make me feel like an idiot and spoken down to but i caught the one lady rolling her eyes when i was telling her what was wrong with me and i told her that i would like to see my doctor now and then the lady at the front left and they replaced her with an idiot that never answers your... read more
Dr Deborah Young is an amazing Doctor!! You treats you like a person ,not just another number walking in. She has an amazing bedside manner,she takes time with each patient, and explains things in laymen terms so that walk out of there knowing exactly one to do. And in a day and age when everything is automated, she still calls you in person to see how you are doing or with test results.
I've been going here for a few years and they only get worse. I am switching to a different doctor asap. I called to get a referral for and ENT. I saw the doctor (really, a PA) last week. I was told by a staffer that the doctor told me to take a certain medication (that was never mentioned to me) and to come back to them within 5 days. This conversation did not occur (nor did this mystery 5 day appointment that they have nowhere on record). I went in for my follow up, so in total this was only my second time ever in their office. The people running the front of the office are not near as professional as the doctors in the rear . They made it very clear the they were only interested in my money. I had a bill of less than $30 which I had yet to even receive in the mail..... I will never go back here again. I made an appointment and they gave me a physician's assistant who told me that she had no idea what was going on with the spots on my skin. All she said was it could be natural because people's skin does dry out (you don't have to be a doctor to know this isn't right). Nevertheless her solution didn't work and now I have to go see another physician, and I definitely won't be going there again.
My family and I have been seeing Dr Lien for the last year and we absolutely love him. He is very laid back and always explains things in people language instead of the doctor lingo you so frequently recieve from other doctors. The staff is always friendly whenever you call and always makes sure you recieve the upmost satisfaction. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are also wonderful with children. I have two toddlers and they love seeing all of them because they are so good to them.
