I bought a truck from them. It is going on three months and no tag for vehicle. Was told sent out at first of February still no tag. They state unless a police report is done nothing they can do. Have no tag number or registration. And they have not help fix this problem and still no tag.
This is the absolute worst car dealer we have ever dealt with. They sold us a true lemon and had no conscious about selling it to us. We have paid exactly three payments on the vehicle and the motor literally blew in the vehicle and it is going to cost more than the vehicle is valued at and we have a $12,000+ loan still on the vehicle with only two options - (1) do a voluntary repossession which literally destroys our credit; (2) continue payments on the vehicle, try and get the motor replaced and pray that we can either sel... read more
WORST CAR DEALER EXPERIENCE EVERRRR!!!! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY! WE DROVE FROM OUT OF STATE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE THEY RUSHED US INTO BUYING IN HOPES WE WOULDNT FIND THE PROBLEMS WHILE ON LOT. Sent me a brochure for a free TV. Went there there is no free tv. A Scam. Would never do business there. Wasted my time
I bought my 2010 Chrysler town an country from this place. Nino *** was the person we spoke to about this vehicle. He basically said they'd fix the issues that the van had before I got it. Let's just say the check engine light was on an they "refused" to provide an code reader saying they didn't have one to provide. They even gave me a two week warranty if I had any issues they would fix them. they sold me a piece of **** car, was told they would fix scratches, fuel cover, any other problems. they fixed nothing. never heard from them. then engine blew. took an act of god to get warranty to fix it. then replaced it with a high mileage engine. now leaks oil from everywhere. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Mr. **** purchased this vehicle on 02/07/20. His engine failed in December 2020 and the warranty company paid to have the engine replaced. It is the warranty company's decision on what parts are to be used. The engine has an 18 month warranty on it. Our service manager has left a message requesting a return phone call so that we can see what is going on.
