I purchased a car from the Knoxville location in 11/22. It has been serviced 5 times since I've purchased the car. I was sold a lemon. 3 turbocharger replacement, 1 oil pump replacement, gear shift cable and now they're saying I need my engine replace. The car was over priced and now I'm stuck with this car, because what I owe on it, is thousands of dollars over the value of the car. On two separate occasions at two different locations we inquired about a vehicle on there lot the first was Alco location talked to them told them we were coming to look at it made an appointment on the phone drive an hour to see it got there it wasn't even there!! Today we talked to a salesman at their Knoxville location about a truck I told her I wanted a shorted 4 door 4 wheel drive!! Bought a 2019 dodge journey, with some damage to passenger **** jamb. Contract states it would be fixed within 30 days. The supposedly fixed it. 2 months later it a worse than ever. Called them they said they would fix it right but the body shop guy was out of town. Have called several times and they assured me it would be fixed. They are now saying it's been over 30 days and they will not fix it, but can trade it in with another down payment and $200 more a month. Purchased the car in August

Dealership purchased my 2021 Mazda Cx-30 on August 23rd, 2022. Signed all the papers the promised the remaining lien would be paid off within the next 7 business days but checks are sent in 24-48 hours electronically. As time passed ******* One started sending me the next months payment reminders, the account was still not paid off. Called Ole Ben they gave me the run around and said they would resend it. Sold me a lemon instead of a vehicle and would not trade it or replace it I even took it got it fixed 3 times and still wouldn't trade it it won't run yet then the manger there wanted to start a argument and refused to trade it even talked to the financial company that helped get the vehicle said they would fiance more and help out more but manger said no he won't do it and left me with a car that still won't run right and wouldn't start at the dealership

My mother went to Ole Ben Franklin with my sister and her husband (she needed a co signer) things didn't work out. So, my mother called me asking for some information to see if I could co-sign. They took my information and got everything approved, this was on a Saturday. So, my mother and I went back Monday to sign papers. Had a terrible experience, bought a new car and the salesperson lied about what features came in that model. Reached out to resolve this issue and they started dodging my calls. Hated the experience and honestly, hated this dealership the most out of any I've been to.

i bought a vehicle for cash money and after over 2 months, i still have not received my title as they state that there was a duplicate title filed for in another state. i cannot register nor drive the vehicle as when upon arrival home around 13 miles from the dealership, it will not start back up or run. ive called numerous times and noone responsible will call me back and i keep getting the "run-around"....after telling the "title person" about this issue, she stated that i didnt need a title since it doesnt run. wow!!!!!!
