Called to order some cupcakes in marble. I was told they can't make them. How can you make a marble cake but not cupcake?! I have ordered these through you last year. And now you won't make them?

Product is great, customer service is horrible. I specifically told the girl waiting on me that I had never been there before (but I have had their baked goods). Most people would take that as an opportunity to make a good impression and gain a new customer. No she pretty much ignored me the whole time to keep conversing with the other employees. I absolutely love Olde Towne Bakery! They have made every one of my daughter's birthday cakes, our cookies, and even my apple turnovers (I have an addiction). My daughter has three favorite things: Lego games, Pokémon, and Minecraft. I asked them to incorporate all three on her last cake in August. We picked up an amazing cake that had a Lego man building a Pikachu out of Minecraft blocks. My daughter was so excited about how the cake looked that she didn't want to eat it. The cake and cookies I received were delicious and beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous cake, the mouse filling was great, and cake was moist and the cookies were obviously delicious because who doesn't like cookies lol but my only complaint is the service with the girls upfront. The girl who rang me out, was older but she just seemed irritated when I told her my name for my order and just was rude. And the other girls weren't all that nice either. Their sweets are amazing but their customer service is lacking. I was quoted a price on the phone for an order I made yesterday and when I went to pick it up the cost was 3 times more than i was quoted. They acted like i was lying and finally went and asked the girl who took my order and she said she must have mispoke but her misspokrn words cost me money. With no apology.
