We live in The Netherlands and our daughter started at Augustana College in August. Two weeks ago she turned 18 and we wanted to surprise her with a birthday cake. I called and the staff was so friendly, helpfull and pro active (they included a birthday card). The cake, including the decorations looked great and according to my daughter and her friends was delicious. Thank you again!

The lady that helped us was very rude and rushed us when choosing what we wanted. Then the cookies were hard and the cake tasted very bland ! We are done coming to this bakery. It's not the first time experiencing the horrible service from the employees! Didn't use to be like this maybe they're under new management. It was a older lady who helped us and made us feel as if we would steal hurt cakes!!! Definitely not going back.
Great donuts and sugar cookies, customer service leaves much to be desired. Sad that a great bakery doesn't value good service.
Order all my cakes here from here on out! Always beautiful and always willing to chat on my next cake idea! Yummy & cant wait to get our next cake in 1 week!!!

The best sugar cookies took them for my 2nd graders bday treat everyone loved them
I have been going to this bakery since they made our wedding cake back in 1983. Best bakery around. In fact I'm in town need to visit them. Use to run over there when Guy was at the Belgium Village.
Cake Looked Cute But It Was So Dry. Nobody Finished Their Piece And Over Half Got Thrown Out.
